Selfless Service in support of HAMC events and Community Service

How do I become an event volunteer?

Volunteer for Club Leadership
If you're interested in joining the leadership of the HAMC, either as an officer or on the Board of Directors, please contact the Club President at president@houstonags.com.

Volunteer to Help with Muster
Muster is the most sacred Aggie tradition, honoring the memory of Aggies who have passed in the last year. The Houston A&M Club Muster, being the largest gathering outside the main campus ceremony, requires many volunteers. To help, reach out to our Muster Chairman Charles C. McRae III ’13 at hamcaggiemuster@gmail.com.

Volunteer to Help with Coach's Night
Coach's Night is the Houston A&M Club’s largest annual fundraiser, supporting scholarships for local A&M students. The event's success hinges on the dedicated efforts of Aggie volunteers.
Discover how you can contribute to this incredible event! RSVP at hamccoachsnight@gmail.com.

Volunteer to Help with Night with the President
For volunteering opportunities with Night with the President, contact HAMC Executive Director Melinda Bertrand '03 at bertrandmm03@gmail.com.
