About Us
Houston A&M Club: Entering our Second Century of Tradition, Excellence, and Aggie Spirit
Since 1923, the Houston A&M Club has been a beacon for Aggies in the Greater Houston Area. As we step into our second century, we proudly continue to uphold the values, camaraderie, and dedication that define the Aggie Spirit. Rooted in the rich traditions of Texas A&M University, the Club is a testament to the strength of our community and the impact of the Association of Former Students.
Our Club has made significant contributions to Texas A&M University over the years. As the first A&M Club to donate over $1 million in scholarships, we have helped countless Houston-area students pursue their education at Texas A&M. We are now approaching $3 million in scholarships, a milestone made possible by the generosity of our members, sponsors, and supporters.
Beyond financial support, we lead the way in backing Texas A&M athletics, fostering pride and connection among Aggie fans. Our commitment to community service also shines through the efforts of our Houston Aggie Volunteers, who embody the Aggie value of selfless service.
In 2023, we celebrated our 100-year anniversary at the Centennial Gala, reflecting on a century of milestones, achievements, and memories. We reaffirmed our mission to nurture the Aggie Spirit for future generations, with programs and events that evolve with the times while staying true to our core values.
Join us as we honor the traditions of Aggieland, strengthen the Aggie network, and continue building on our legacy for the next century and beyond. The Houston A&M Club welcomes Aggies of all ages to get involved and help keep the Spirit of Aggieland alive in Houston.
